i'm the sleepiest poster west of dave's house so I don't have an issue falling asleep. we do have a fan we run every night (pointed away from us) for white noise for the dogs

 

We have a sound machine with a couple of different noises it can play but we don't use it every night, mostly just when it's raining or hailing really loudly

 

Unfortunately, I rarely get good sleep. Usually wake up multiple times throughout the night

 

I take edibles 3-4 times a week to knock me out. I try not do it every day because 1. That would get very expensive and 2. So I don't build up too much of a tolerance and they stop working at the current dose and 3. See #1

I can also fall asleep in complete silence. Or sitting up. I can just fall asleep. Not a big deal. Built different as they say
