I enjoy Cap'n Crunch, but no longer eat it. Anything with the freeze dried marshmallows (unrelated to the Cap'n) is the best.

I have been working out consistently for about a month and feel great (much better than Murph's one day a year schedule he's got going)

Speaking of Cap'n Crunch, I listen to a podcast at night called Sleep With Me and it's basically a guy rambling about random things and some episodes he tells a story and there's a 16 part series called Multiplex where the antagonist is called Commander Crunch and he's a cereal mascot who comes to life.

 

Not sure why you would need to since the only person who was bullied was me

I actually don't have issues falling asleep, I just like to listen to something for 30 seconds before I fall asleep.

Nadia sometimes plays some YouTube track of someone helping you fall asleep and it just distracts me. I hate it.

 

both women i have been with since my ex have needed white noise machines/apps to fall asleep

My wife uses a noise machine and I've always fallen asleep with something on. Used to be TV, but that keeps my wife up, so now it's a podcast if I want it or just her noise maker, but yes, Sean, I fall asleep extremely quickly. To the point where if my eyes are not open and I'm not like propped up while having a conversation with my wife, I will fall asleep between sentences. When I am ready for bed, I am READY FOR BED

 

I don’t mind white noise but this is some lady talking to you telling you to relax and shit with calming music in the background. I’ll be falling asleep and then she starts talking again and wakes me up.
