Doing alright. just want it to be next sunday so i'm done with all the stress and anxiety of moving haha.

 

The real kicker on this is they're saying "oh well he got an 18% raise from his promotion 16 months ago" and I'm like mother fucker 1. That's not a raise, that's a promotion, they are two separate things and 2. The amount I was given when I got the promotion was under market value to begin with and 3. Using that I've only been in this role for 16 months is not a justification for not meeting my ask!!! Longevity has nothing to do with how well someone performs, there's mother fuckers who have worked here 20 years that still don't even know how to do their job
