I am just so annoyed. Why the hell would this company not tell me they are sending an hvac person? Why would we need that? I explained clearly we needed an electrician. And the audacity to charge us for the visit.

Now we can’t use our AC or any appliances at the fear of an electrical fire and it’s like 85 outside and hot in here. So, so bothered.

 

Called a different company and they’re coming out tomorrow 9 am.

Fuck those first people, I called and voiced a complaint and will want my $90 back for wasting my time
