Cute little ranch, nothing CRAZY but huge yard and nice neighborhood. Very close to the Tuscan Market and very close to Tewksbury/Andover where we both work

 

Love this for you. Tuscan Market is a cool little spot and Salem is mostly normal people (worked at the rockingham mall for like 8 years haha)

 

Any flooding concerns with things on cinder blocks in the basement

Yeah it’s a ranch so obviously nothing crazy but thankfully rooms felt bigger than in some ranches we’ve seen haha

In MA anything in this price range is falling apart haha, so it’s got that going for it! My fear is because it’s so close to MA it could get ridiculous offers.
