The crazy paranoid lady I work with messaged me before she left saying there are rumors of layoffs tomorrow. So that’s fun.

 

I did not hear it firsthand but some people at our contact center were let go yesterday too

 

one of our admin staff is leaving at the end of the month, so my boss sent an email letting everyone know

everyone is god damn replying all telling her how much they love her

My coworker wants me to answer the following questions for a meeting in Nashville next week


“What’s something you wish more people understood about your role or team?”

“What’s something that’s been hard this year—but you haven’t said it out loud until now?”

“Can you share a recent moment that made you feel either energized or drained at work?”

There isn’t a thing in the world they could do to make me answer these honestly.
