My wife, a government employee, was forced to go back in office 5 days a week. It is a job which can be done from home.

Currently the AC has been broken for months, and she said the entire building is literally wet. The carpets are soaked. People keep almost falling. The fridges are all just condensation. It feels like you’re in a hotel pool room with how hot and humid it is.

Currently today to combat the wet floor they put MATS everywhere. So now everyone is balancing on mats with their squeaky shoes. And it’s still a sauna.

So they keep sending everyone home at 12 because it’s so bad, but because they forced them in office their computers stay so that’s it. Half day. No work remainder of day, not even from home.

Elon Musk is a genius!!! (But sorta sick my wife gets to keep working half days and then we’re off next week)
