I guess you could also disable autopay and see what happens when you do that? But not sure if you're getting a discount from using autopay, if so then don't do that

They haven’t charged me since 5/5 for a weekly service and I’m still marked as current with no balance lol

 

We use cyber source as our credit card gateway and we are on autopay but for the last six months they haven’t drafted our bank account and I’ve called about it and they said they’re receiving payment so I wonder who they are mistakenly charging lol

 

One time I had a roommate in Carrollton who set up our power for us and accidentally gave the electric company the wrong apartment number and we were paying another apartment's power bill for months without knowing and then our power went out and they said we didn't have a service for this apartment
