We’re watching Smoke on apple and I don’t know how I feel about it.

 

Enjoyed the two new sunny episodes, especially the second one

I didn’t know you liked Gladie @imthegrimace (I saw a guy wearing an IC light shirt and sitting to the side where no one would bother him, it must be Grim)

 

@spiffa0 Augusta Koch (formerly of Philly professional band Cayetana, now of Philly less popular but still professional band Gladie) remembers me from when Terrain opened for them in Jacksonville in 2017. She asked if I was still doing music and unprompted said she’d love to have us on Gladie’s next Balt show.

So there’s my “in” to Philly if I can draw a big crowd for them here

that would be great. I don’t mean this negatively so forgive me if it comes off that way but I’m surprised you don’t know any Philly bands you can get on a show with since you seem to be fairly connected and do a lot of networking. A bummer Philly is probably just a bit too far to do an open mic every once in a while.

 

This was that Cayetana / Terrain show in 2017

 

I think it was the first show Terrain ever personally sold 100 tickets for

(but obviously having a band people recognize on the bill makes it easier to convince people to come even if they wouldn’t have seen Cayetana on their own)

 

it’s just kinda stupid so far, this latest nothing really happened.

I do know bands, and even still the shows we try to put together fall through, it’s that tough lol. Christina Ward is not a small Philly act and neither is Little Lungs and I know some smaller ones as well but it’s just still been tough haha

just did all my grocery shopping for hopefully the next two weeks plus got to get some Costco dinner
