the access to “outside” was actually prob the biggest selling point for this apartment. I can find more space for cheaper in Baltimore if I want to. But for me it’s really hard to beat

1) being basically across the street from the harbor, with a boardwalk that goes to both the urban core of my area (Fells Point) and a really nice waterside park (Canton Waterfront Park)

2) being two blocks from Patterson Park, one of Baltimore’s two biggest & best parks

3) having a private rooftop deck I can see the whole city and watch sunsets and grill on

 

I go outside a lot and get a lot of nature therapy in the middle of a dense city and I love that
