I love being able to go outside when I’m at home

my dream scenario is a house that backs up to a bike trail / greenway that goes to other parts of the city. That was a really appealing part of some of DC’s Maryland suburbs. Silver Spring and Bethesda are impossible to afford but if the northeast College Park / Riverdale / Hyattsville area stays… medium priced I’d still consider that area too. I’ve lived in that area twice and I love it.
