And some people can’t control their inner narrative being extremely anxious / their self talk being extremely negative, in those cases LSD can go either way, it can either make you take a step back and “see yourself” in a way where you can self-actualize better and think outside of your trauma brain…. Or you’ll hyperfixate on it and it’ll be a bad trip lol

so proceed at your own risk. But for a lot of people that acid / mushroom trip was the thing that helped them understand their anxiety / depression / neurodivergence better, and see what it’s like to not feel controlled by it.

The one time I took acid it was mostly a dud, always wanted to do it again, but could never now. And with my history of anxiety/paranoia when smoking weed over the last few years, I think it would be very bad for me

Everyone’s different. I’ve known people who can’t smoke weed because it makes them anxious, but LSD is a stress relieving experience for them that helps them think through the feelings they suppress most of the time

For me LSD is very enjoyable but kinda overstimulating at the same time, - mostly because it makes me very aware of how distracted the brain of an ADHD / autistic person is at all times, rather than normalizing it and drowning certain things out - but smoking some weed / drinking a couple beers throughout the trip helps me not feel overstimulated

I know that sounds “un”enjoyable but think of it more like a roller coaster, you can be overstimulated and be having the time of your life at the same time haha
