Yeah I’d go back to Austin. That south side of town was just full of great houses and great nature and there’s multiple springs / swimming holes and like, every single restaurant / cafe / whatever looks cool as shit. Plus the view of downtown from the south side of the river is amazing. I’d explore downtown more as well, and I’d love to see Texas Hill Country to the west of town in the fall when it’s not as hot - but I would NOT wanna fight north Austin traffic to do it. Living / staying in Pflugerville or Round Rock is a big nope.

 

I had a Banh Mi at this fusion place Elizabeth Street Cafe when we went there on tour, it was DELICIOUS and I loved their outdoor patio.

We had this talk in here before! A swimming hole is a different thing than a lake, beach, springs or pool, it’s those little river pools. Austin has a lot of that in Barton Creek. And then Lake Travis is a good lake for swimming as well.

it was a pretty cool day actually, we were all on our own private rented boat and you like, go out into the lake and tie up with other boats and its just this giant party on the lake, everyone can go on eachothers boats and just hang and swim in the lake. lotta nudity that day. mostly good.
