rich mfer doesnt even use the sun room. There are starving kids in Africa that would love to use that room.

We just replaced one of our window wells that was on our list for a few years. We finally acted on it cause we had a crazy monsoon like 2 months ago that caused the well to fill up and leak into the basement

Got bored going through what I missed, so I skipped the rest

 

I started painting my basement and reorganizing down there over Christmas break and still haven't finished. That makes me sad, but whatever. It'll get done eventually

My wife recently decided she wants to add a deck off our dining room which would be awesome, but will also require turning a window into a door and building a deck, etc.

I bet that's going to be expensive

 

ill do it for real cheap

 

At least I don’t have below ground pool money

 

Paying someone to build you a deck is easily $20k

 

Dammit. I didn't expect it to be that much.

I'm going to end up having to do it myself which is super annoying and also means it probably won't get done for a long time.
