My house is in pretty good shape I just need to declutter and take care better care of my yard

 

also no pool zipline

 

oh i just have no self discipline or motivation at all

 

oh yeah well I assembled a swing set yesterday

the day before I installed a sink faucet

and changed a shower head the other day

I mowed the lawn and sprayed for bugs around the house too. I'm basically a homeowner too

More industrious than I am

 

it's also fucking hot and miserable and it doesn't make me want to do anything outside like mowing and if i do stuff outside then i'm so exhausted i don't want to do anything inside

i've also had multiple children's birthday parties to attend in the last month or so, big movies coming out (yes i am selfish) and this weekend i'm driving to texas to see a big wrestling show

Hmm house to-do’s:

- Redo the bathroom in our main bedroom (make shower much bigger cause it’s a tiny 90’s shower, make tub area much smaller), redo the flooring

- Redo guest bathroom upstairs with a new tub/shower and match the flooring with the main bath

- Redo our deck outside, all the boards are warped and splitting. We think the base is salvageable (I hope)

- Polyjack the flooring in the sun room and replace all of the sliding doors

- At some point re-grout all of the mail level tile (it’s the entire main level floor)

Would love to do but will probably never have the money for:

- Re-do the kitchen (basically flip where everything is, it doesn’t make any sense right now)

- Re-texture all of the walls, we have orange peel texture and it fucking sucks

 

Theres probably a bunch of things I need to do around the house but that weed aint gonna smoke itself
