Yeah Keep You is absolutely incredible and I get people only liking it and nothing else but I do like their other stuff too

 

i wasn’t saying the other albums are bad lol, just aren’t extraordinary like keep you

they aren’t a great band imo they’re just decent but they made a great album

also i get not wanting to give them credit for obvious reasons but if we are just talking quality of music brand new was better than all of the mentioned bands

 

i get people not liking them and i’m not usually huge on lyrics but i give them points for having a cohesive theme across albums in a way most bands that try that trip over

 

They have 2 albums I hate 2 albums I love and 1 that I barely remember cuz I heard it once before everything so idk

 

Letters Home is cool. Never listened to much else from Defeater

 

(Daisy is good it’s not one I hate)

 

their big album is kinda stinky but i like everything else from basement a lot

 

Daisy is when I fell off BN
