I don’t know why anyone would willingly walk into a dedicated politics thread in this day and age

 

Lately I do it because every website sucks so I just use it as an aggregate

I try to avoid the discussion though

 

interesting the guy that wants to joke police the “today is my ____day” jokes wants to be able to make very bad terrible terrible jokes without someone calling them out for being very very bad and terrible

I think it's okay to just call posts bad when they're bad without saying "you can't make them" if that makes sense. I don't think it's a bad thing for Randall to be like "hey those suck" cuz it's not that different than what we've done about many posts

I only go in there when I want to be depressed

 

I call out bad posts/jokes too I just don’t go on a 15 pages rant about why we shouldn’t make those specific jokes and call half the thread NPCs or whatever

 

I thought Randall's post was semi funny and harmless
