My area's chapter meeting place is too far of a drive

 

I'm in a weird spot where I'm considered in the jurisdiction of the Dallas chapter (which I believe is officially just the NTX chapter?) but the Fort Worth chapter is a much easier drive for me so I'm not sure how that's supposed to work. I applied for the FW chapter officially but I keep getting info for Dallas stuff instead

gotcha. i'm technically in a suburb of okc and have no idea what's going on with my actual city council/government, but it's poorer/more african american demographically and our state reps are democrats.

okc has one very progressive council member that puts a lot of emphasis on homelessness and mental health treatment but the rest are about what you'd expect
