This guy has parked on our property almost every day since this altercation. I tried calling towtruck companies to tow him, but they said they can't do it without a police report. So I've been having to all the police every day, and since it's not a crisis call, they never get here by the time he moves his car again. So I'm stuck in this vicious cycle of nothing happening, and me just sitting around waiting for police to show up.

Flat is just the bottom layer of the brisket, where the lean cut is. whole packer is both sections flat and point (the fatty marbled part). Whole packers take MUCH longer and will yield you a lot more meat, but are a lot more expensive too, obviously. I typically only cook flats cause it's just me and my wife, cooks a lot quicker, and I prefer the lean.
