Just ate some lamb was 10/10

love lamb

 

outside of having lamb mixed with beef (i.e gyro), I've only had straight lamb once and it was awful. It was 100% the fault of the cook but I've been reluctant to order it since then. I should change that eventually.

Looks like Chubb is going to Houston. Had no idea he was available.

 

Doors opened for jacks mannequin but getting cocktails at Philadelphia distilling because I don’t need to be on the barrier

That’s my “I put that shit on everything” product lol

 

I’m usually just a salt and pepper guy, get it medium rare then slice it up and drop some kosher sea salt on the meat.

 

It’s definitely our go-to for chicken breast and pork loin. Now I’m hungry again

 

These were just small filets that have been in my freezer for awhile, might get some strips this weekend and see how that goes. That’s my preferred cut
