I cant imagine its any different than going in but I wasnt sure. Might do that today actually

yeah my wife has done virtual for years

 

Yeah it was great for me so I could do them in my office in the middle of the work day but some of the exercises/role play type stuff when we did do them was a little awkward

yeah, it's what i did with my therapist when i had one. granted it was partially during lockdown, but i felt more comfortable and continued it.
