got a shitty email that I wanted to reply in a shitty way to but I Will Not

I have no idea if the Jurassic World movies have sucked or not, but it’s never gonna not be appealing to see big dinosaurs fuck shit up on a big screen haha

 

basically

while I was out yesterday one of the guys that handles fuel calls emailed a couple vendors and said "hey we need these parts, Josh give them the info they need to get them shipped to the warehouse" with no other context

I did that and said hey, guy, where are these going to be charged to, because what leaves my warehouse is supposed to be charged back to the store that gets the parts, and these are items I don't normally carry, so we'd have to make a new item in our system for these parts which is annoying and I don't want to do if they're single use items

response was " I have been looking for these parts for a month, they're holding up dispensers being fixed. they're discontinued and have to be made to order. I'm grabbing these as a precaution. I figured 70 dollars a cable sitting on the shelf is cheaper than a month of thousands a day in fuel losses from dispensers being down"

which, yes, is true, but don't be a dick about it dude. i've literally never met you. you've worked here for like 2 months

going with my wife to a biopsy today, she has a lump on the back of her leg that she's had for years and has caused zero problems or discomfort but she decided to get it looked at just because and she is now convinced she has super cancer, wish me luck

Jurassic World was so bad I didn’t even try the sequels

 

my wife didn't have anxiety before having a child. becoming a mom has convinced her that death lurks around every street corner, in every motion of the ring camera, in every cough and ache. it's a lot lol

 

wow. that makes me want children so bad

 

I actually liked Jurassic World. The second one was in the realm of "ok" and the third one I have yet to finish after starting it last summer. I just cannot get through it.

Josh, if you're looking for more reasons......my wife's anxiety also spiked after having kids, but also her mom died while she was pregnant with our first, so, grain of salt.

Kids really and truly are the best, though.

 

I will be seeing Jurassic movie, fantastic 4s, Supermans. I’m a #truecinemagoer

 

won't be seeing superman, do not remotely care about that franchise.

 

The problem with hotels is that most of them constantly have bedbug infestations, it’s not like they’re any better, morally, than Airbnb lol they’re both horrible when it comes to that. if you want to do vacation right, get a bigass camper van, it’s my dream and I can’t even drive lol
