For sure and I agree with this too, I just can't eat THAT much red meat without feeling like I'm going to die so I also like when places experiment a bit

Like I fuck with things like the brisket elote at Panther City and I really loved that Goldee's did cheese grits instead of mac and cheese because I felt like it worked much better with BBQ than mac and cheese often does

But like if it's a variation of a classic BBQ thing then I feel like it's usually weak

One thing I've been underwhelmed with every time I've tried it is Korean BBQ and/or hot pot

I like the concept and I like dishes of it but I feel like the food itself is underwhelming in taste considering they have you do it, like I can't trust that the meats are actually gonna be good and if it is I feel like it's just because I put the work into the sauce. Idk I want to trust the meat more

I like Korean foods but that just hasn't hit for me

 

Phone has been going off with Dallas Stars extensions and not one has said Jason Robertson yet I'm dying a little bit
