I get that the whole point is to make fun of NPC ass coworkers who actually think that kinda stuff is amusing, but if you mock one thing all the time it begins to be unironically how you actually communicate. Don’t become what you’re trying to destroy, Anakin.

I live without the shackles of a predetermined weekly schedule, such concepts are strange to me

 

thank god I have a life where I have structure and have every single weekend free. I lived the other life for a while and I'll never go back to that.

 

Not having weekends free sucks cause you get FOMO about bigger events happening, but not having weekdays free sucks too cause you only ever get to go out when shit is crowded and just the lamest most entitled people are out

work just sucks, it’s all trade offs.

 

Not entirely sure how people existing on Saturday and Sunday qualifies them as the lamest and most entitled people lol

 

I hate having to request off work to go to a Friday or Saturday local festival, or a concert I really wanted to see, or for my band to play a night where we have a good chance to draw a lot of people etc

But I fucking love sleeping in whenever I feel like it, and being able to go to a park in the middle of the day whenever the weather is nice, and getting to enjoy my city with no lines no traffic and no fuss

 

god forbid people live their lives when it's convenient for them to do so

 

Come on, you know what I mean lol. All those NPCs with no personality that you work with that think “it’s baby Friday” is funny are out too, not just the cool ones like yall lol

 

I’m not generalizing 9-5ers as a whole but I am saying that when everybody has to have their fun all at the same time, a good chunk of those people get real entitled and shitty about it. “Karen” as a concept exists for a reason lol
