Herman Miller Embody w/ headrest attachment is always my answer, but even used you gotta be lucky to find a sub 350-400 embody, though it is possible

If you were in the $300-500 range, a used size C Aeron could do you well (idr but I think I remember you saying you're like 6'3 or taller)

More budget friendly ergo chair would be Staples Hyken (I see $119 on their site rn). My friend who is 6'4" has been using it for years and likes his. I think there's a mod you can do to it with just a Phillips screwdriver to adjust the headrest to fit taller folks

edit: whatever you end up getting, find a chair with lumbar support, preferably built in and I would personally stick with cloth like the one you listed versus leather/pleather that are common
