Honestly the defense for Bama has been solid for the last few weeks and even today. The offense is such dogshit though and Simpson requires perfect conditions to play well, which no team will ever get against quality opponents. This is two years in a row where there’s been a ton of offensive talent, but a complete inability to have it show up on a consistent basis.
Prediction: 1. Ohio State 2. Georgia 3. Indiana 4. Texas Tech 5. Oregon 6. Texas A&M 7. Ole Miss 8. Oklahoma 9. ND 10. UVA 11. Miami 12. Tulane feel like the committee is gonna see putting Miami in as the easy cop out to keep bama out since they should probably be playing in the ACC chip and don’t get the chance
Tough! Miam and nd would be the cop out easy call. But I still say Bama and Notre dame. Miami should yell at the acc about their stupid conference tiebreaker rules. Sorry
I saw this shit coming. I said back in September after we beat Georgia, we would get absolutely pulverized the next go-around, whether it was the SEC game or the CFP. Like, who do I trust more to make the right adjustments and not get out-schemed in a rematch? DeBoer (lol) or Kirby? Easy decision. But basically shit has been trending bad the past month. This ass whooping wasn't surprising at all if you've watched this team the past month. The offense is completely broken. I like Ty, but he can't play under duress like this. He looks like a deer in the headlights on almost every play now and the coaching staff has no clue what the hell to do about it. Need some kind of running game to take all the weight off his shoulders. I have never seen such a one-dimensional offense like this. Ever. Also, the special teams unit is complete dogshit. I feel like they won't drop Bama from the playoffs though. I dunno. We'll see.
