If we don’t get in it’s the farthest thing from a robbery and it’s not a “statement”. At a certain point being in the SEC has to be about beating the other SEC teams too and that Florida loss is embarrassing as all hell. God, I hope Heupel doesn’t try to posture for a playoff bid after getting exactly one marquee win. Nothing more pathetic than “we have the best loss in the country!” as your second best argument. We punched way above expectations this season. 9-3 is fantastic, 8-4 was almost expected. But also… don’t lose to Vanderbilt. Don’t let them get their first ten win season ever on our field. Shut up Pavia and prep for next season.

We’re returning two of our three starting receivers, our two best tight ends, our two best running backs, bringing in 3 of the top 7 receivers out of high school, one of the top two quarterbacks out of high school, and the best RB in Tennessee high school has us in his top two. We have all the tools to be monsters next season if we can just get the defense back to healthy.
