i wouldn't call them raw necessarily. both have already matched the full collegiate starts total of AR with a full season left for mateer and maybe more if sellers comes back, though i doubt he does. and as a prospect, i wouldn't say mateer even really looked that raw last year, he's just facing tougher competition than he did previously. and both he and sellers have already shown better ability to read and process defenses than AR ever did.

 

they just aren't the son of NFL coordinators coming up surrounded by the game their entire lives lol. that doesn't mean they're risky prospects.
