Not saying it’ll be a blowout or even that Miami’s defense is overrated. I wouldn’t be surprised if it ends up being like 17-3.
I lean Miami because I think they both want to play a very similar style game. But Miami is bigger and more athletic at almost every position. I know this isn’t the first time Indiana has been in a situation where the other team has better athletes…but I think it’s different when that other team plays similar to them. It reminds me of Carolina and Florida in hockey. Carolina is awesome. They can beat the vast majority of the league in a playoff series. But they eventually run into Florida who plays the same style of hockey. And they’re also just bigger and more talented at doing it. Maybe it’s bad logic. But I’m rolling with it!
The difference is cigs might be the best coach in the sport and Cristobal is, at best, decent. Think cigs is gonna have a master class tonight.
Indiana has the coaching advantage. But I think Mario has improved a lot as a coach. Think the whole game management stuff is behind him.

I won’t be surprised if either team wins but I really would be surprised if it’s a blowout either way. Indiana is great but people are severely underestimating Miami because they come from a poopy conference.
