If you get rid of byes then go to 8...which they would never do. Let's not use such a small sample size as an end all be all Id give the higher seed a home game before eliminating byes or expanding playoffs
Indiana had a layoff and seems to be doing just fine. I don’t think an extra week layoff is making that Oregon game less competitive. That excuse is incredibly overblown.
Also. Obviously Oregon has played more recently but that was 12 days ago and before that they hadn't played since November 29. Texas Tech played December 6 in a conference champ game. So idk how much monetum Oregon could have beating jmu two weeks ago Oregon played 1 game in December. Texas tech played 1 game in December
