  1. The issue isn’t whether he should or shouldn’t leave. He isn’t Jaden Baugh lol. He actively wanted to stay! And was told nope you can’t.

  2. ok find me a quote of anyone saying they didn’t have an issue with this? Yeah, that’s wrong lol let’s make some rules!

  8. I don’t think they will but Tulane winning would be very fun

  9. I think Ole Miss is likely going into that game super motivated to prove they can do it despite losing their coach. But part of me wonders how quickly that confidence disappears if they stall on a couple drives to start the game (I don’t think they will).

  10. I don’t really care about that part but the coach who got to stay to coach his team in the playoffs beating the team that said we don’t want our coach to stay for the playoff would be very funny

There's a couple rumors swirling Trinidad Chambliss might skip the game? Is he portal jumping?

Yeah hes headed back to Ferris State.

  16. I think he needs to get an approved waiver for another year of eligibility before he can even decide where he’s playing

he’s already played three full seasons and didn’t redshirt the fourth for his freshman year

  17. If I come off as being dick-ish in here, I apologize. Not intended lol the older I get the more rant-y I get. And I like arguing about some of this stuff. Sports is a crazy world.

Just treat them like professional athletes that sign enforceable contracts. Lagway signs a 3 year deal with Florida and the contract includes an out clause with penalty for both sides. If you want to lure a player to transfer to you early, the new school pay their contract and the buyout clause at their previous school. If you want to cut Lagway because he isn’t a fit for your vision, pay him out. Treat coaches the same way.

and, since the student comes before athlete in “student-athlete” they must remain full time enrolled in a degree seeking program ;)

  21. Yes, love it.

CBA protects players too. It’s not just something to limit what they can do.

  22. Pribula sounds like a medication you take to help you pee when you’re old

  23. If they did ever do a CBA you are fooling yourselves if you don’t think it would immediately do away with pretending to be a student any longer
