I think this is how the 2028 pick component will go:
* If Sixers end up #1-8 in 2028, Celtics will get that pick and the Sixers will keep the Clippers pick.
* If the Sixers end up #9-30, that pick goes to the Nets. Sixers would then swap the Clippers pick with the Celtics.
