I completely get his perspective of being disrespected or under-appreciated or whatever. But he’s also behaving rather childish. Both things are very much true imo.
Don’t know how reliable of a source Mike Scotto is but he put out an article today that Miami is interested in Cam Johnson. Wonder if a swap for Jovic is on the table. I’d have to imagine Jokic would like it after the report that he is considering holding off on his extension. Jovic has so much potential but he just hasn’t put it together yet. I’d love to keep him but I could understand if Miami wants to move him. He is still so young and they obviously are going to try to make win now moves after the Giannis trade.
wasn't scotto the guy spoiling draft picks on twitter this year? i think he's pretty plugged in. re: jaylen brown. if i were making 50 million dollars a year i would simply log the fuck off lol
I feel like if they're not shopping him now, they will be within the next year. Orlando's payroll is already dangerously large, and it's going to get worse once they extend Anthony Black. Even if there were no questions with Suggs, they'd be hard-pressed to keep paying everyone. Then you factor in his questionable fit as the starting PG and his injuries and things get even murkier.
I don’t follow him so idk. Jake Fischer was getting them too so maybe they are on a similar level. But it the same article he said Miami would have pivoted to trading for Aaron Gordon as an option if they didn’t get Giannis so lol. Not that Gordon is bad but that was not going to be Riley’s next target.
Yeah, JB has always been this kinda vibe. Always an air of “I never get respect” Which is a hard case to make when you’ve been awarded all pros and finals MVPs and at one time was the highest paid player in the sports history. I don’t think he and JT have a problem personally, but I 100% think he resents JT being treated like a top-tier guy and not an equal.
I’d imagine his contract is 90% of the reason Boston is making him available. Which makes sense. Even though he is an awesome player, that is so much money haha
i don't understand charlotte's offseason at all haha. i guess the belief is that big in kon and brandon
Adding an elite shooter and a good perimeter defender while getting rid of that fucking idiot is a big dub
I think it makes sense? Melo was making too much money. Coby will not be much of a drop off at PG and makes half the salary. Naz is a big upgrade and perfect fit at starting PF. Allen and O’Neal are really good players to have come off the bench. Still not a finished product but I think they’re building a more complete team.
Favorable pick situation for us in the trade. We now have two unprotected picks in 2033 lol better be a good class
Bobby Marks dropped a comment on the 2nd day of draft coverage that a return to a former team was possible so not surprised about that info.
