There is no way he is just walking. They have his full bird rights, so they can make a sign and trade happen. I could see him taking a discount if he wants to stay there but I’m not sure how much he’d be willing to lose out on because it will likely be his last big contract.

I like the Ayo/Ant/Jaden/Naz/Rudy lineup. Joan needs a lot more minutes off the bench, then TSJ, Bones, corpse of Mike Conley, Anderson, and hopefully another backup big. Probably better off than getting Ja unless it’s a straight salary dump like Randle.
Still feels like we need one more all star to compliment Ant and get us to a championship but maybe Ayo can be That Guy.
I wonder if this will appease the Wisconsin sports fans who were upset when he decommited from UW to go to Kentucky. Milwaukee definitely waited a year too long, but a couple of years ago they had basically no young prospects, so at least that's something. I wonder if they lean all the way in and try to deal Turner, too. I would've included Kuzma, but who's realistically trading anything of value for him?
If it’s anyone it’s Jaden. But just having the best complimenting pieces feels more likely than blowing some of them for a star that may or may not flame out.
I think I had a feeling Julius was on the way out a few weeks ago, as his wife posted stories on her Insta basically insinuating they were leaving their MN house. They recently bought a ton of land in Texas, so not sure how this move to Brooklyn will play into that, haha
