this was honestly what I was afraid of. I wanted Sweeney really bad but this seems like a great option too. and Pat is right, probably will be awesome to develop younger core guys since we've got several.
I can see that, however, his impact on Luka and seemingly his behind the scenes work with Cooper seemed to work really well. feels like there's still an undercurrent of "will he be here to start the season?" going on though
I will add, I'm really happy we seemingly didn't hire another coach who has an antagonistic reputation towards rookies. Carlisle and Kidd were complete assholes and I think did a lot to hinder development of younger guys that came through.

Celtics adding Naz after Giannis makes no sense to me anyways. Wouldn’t White make way more sense if you have Tatum and Giannis?
Of the two, the GM seems much more likely to be on the side of a picks-based package than getting an all star back vs. ownership so idk why you’re presuming one way or the other
