Eh I think Kyrie stays. I think he’s actually important for Coopers development and the general locker room impact. He loves it here and think he’s been great as a veteran presence.

But anything can happen at this point and I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s not here to start the season

Watched an end-of-year thing with Yossi Gozlan and one of the Raptors beat guys, and they seemed to think Kyrie made a lot of sense in Toronto.

He's been a good fit (when healthy) in Dallas, though, so I wouldn't be surprised if he stays.

I think he handled the forced blowing up of a championship roster really really well which isn’t an easy thing to do

    Don’t really understand firing Kidd.

2 WCF appearances and a Finals appearance. Luka traded out from under him and no roster stability for the past year.

    I don’t know anything though

i think at this point it's about getting rid of the culture/people that had a hand during that turmoil (whether directly or indirectly, obviously outside of the fucking owners lol). also, Kidd was carried by generational talent. he did some truly baffling things during his time here and lacked accountability for the times we fell short. i won't negate where he excelled in terms of development of Luka and Cooper but i think it's time for as fresh a start as we can get. i'd say that everyone except Cooper is on the table. i'm also completely delusional and think there's a world where Luka comes back in 2028 and you can't do that if Kidd is still here, so let's get someone in now and give them time. anyways, this could all be bullshit, we will see.
