Knicks in 5 Spurs in 7 (fun, exciting, back and forth series) Pistons in 7 (sloppy, poopy, ugly series) Thunder in 5 who cares man
Nice and quick, thank god. Im not putting the whole season failure on the guy, but it was clear that he lost control of that locker room.
It shouldn’t change. The front office has done fine. Their roster has barely played together bc injuries.
Woooo! I was hoping it wouldn't get drawn out too much. I suspected they might've extended him without announcing it after they announced they'd tweaked Isaac's contract but not immediately said anything. Interesting. They're always so clandestine about stuff, and it's kind of frustrating because the results are not incredible.
He could wear a #1 jersey on the sideline, after they hopefully/presumably waive Isaac. Honestly, I'm not sure who I want. I think Mosley had lost the locker room and his offensive skills were already lacking, so ideally it's someone who the players respect, but who also has experience running a successful offense.
I do think Dumont knows at this point he made a CATASTROPHIC miscalculation letting Nico do what he did, and I think he made some okay decisions this season, so I'm hoping he learned, but we will see. At the very least, he picked up someone well regarded and respected and ACTUALLY HAS EXPERIENCE DOING THIS (yes I know Cuban hired Nico, but point still stands).
Even if it’s false - you’ll be linked to Giannis trades now like a dozen other teams due to Masai’s infatuation with the dude lmao
