People need to tell her to tell him to actually commit to staying or going.
I really don't know who I'd rather see in the furst round. Boston at full strength is absolutely beating (probably sweeping) them, but Cade and Duren will be tough in a best of 7 scenario. Though as you said, I don't think they beat the 9/10 winner if they lose to Philly.

  4. I think Detroit will win in 5 games against any of the play-in teams tbh

I have no idea what’s gonna happen this year, feels like a lot more variables than usual. OKC seems vulnerable and they only barely won last year. Spurs seem both impossible to beat and not yet real contenders. Denver has looked great but they don’t match up well with Minnesota already, they have the worst path possible. Wolves haven’t looked great lately even if they turn up in the playoffs, and they’d have an even tougher path than the Nuggets. Rockets flawed, Lakers injured, Suns not a real threat. I guess the Clippers could win it all, fuck it why not.

so the Champion is gonna be Boston again?

  8. Has anyone ever gone back to back seasons of MVP, 1 seed, ring, Finals MVP? I’m guessing MJ did?

How sad as a Bulls fan, I don’t have the annual Bulls Heat play in game to look forward to.

also REALLY don't care for the inevitable OKC/BOS Finals, so I'll focus on hockey.

    Die rad.

Spurs/Celtics are my prediction. Any one from the East Im fine with as long as its not the Knicks.

Easiest path too. Only have to play one of Minnesota/Denver/Spurs.

As someone who wants the parity streak to continue and new teams to win the championship, not looking good but hoping for a lot of upsets.

  20. My argument for Pistons is that they’re awesome and have been awesome all year. Even when Cade went down, they stayed awesome. They will wax whoever they get in the first round. Then they’ll have winner of Cle/Tor…and no disrespect to those teams, but they aren’t on the same level. Pistons will win that without it needing to be a real playoff-type battle. Then they’ll have whoever makes it out of the Knicks/Celtics rock fight. And that’s on top of Knicks likely having a long series with the Hawks and Boston potentially having a medium to long series against Philly.

Boston looks great, but there will be a massive difference in Tatum playing every other night in super physical playoff games compared to the regular season schedule he’s had since returning. I just think it is set up very well for Detroit.

should've also clarified I'm also not watching because I basically don't watch TV anymore outside of a couple of episodes of something a week, I'm certainly not going to be able to fit in numerous 3+ hour games. I'll catch the highlights like a casual

    Happiness ranking:

    Ideal: Wolves

Nothing but Respect: Nuggets, Knicks, Pistons

I truly can’t believe it!: Clippers, Hawks, Suns, Hornets, Sixers, Blazers, Magic

What the hell happened: Cavs, Rockets, Raptors, Spurs, Heat, Lakers, Warriors

    This sucks: Celtics, Thunder

Based on my suffering, Celtics / Thunder finals is looking likely

Lets just all rally around rooting for the fastest possible boston exit so we can simply enjoy playoff hoops
