Orlando had 79 second half points and needed every one of them to beat a shorthanded Denver squad by 1. Anthony Black has probably never looked as good, between the career-high 38 (including 7/11 from three), and some clutch defensive plays. Wendell Carter and Bane came up clutch, too. The injuries have been rough, but the silver lining has been Black taking the next step and starting to look like a borderline star.
lol wtf was that. In what universe do dudes go on and throw down a flaired up dunk when the win is already locked in?
Giannis would be screaming if it happened to the Bucks but he’s right in doing it more players should do shit like that. it’s fun
I’ll bite. As a second apron team with either injured or underperforming contracts (Garland, Hunter, etc.), what moves are you looking for them to make? We can trade some of these players but I don’t think most Cavs fans would like the return. Altman and Gansey aren’t exactly working with much leverage.
Even though I’d be crying if it happened to my team, yes more hatred and animosity in the NBA please. Not necessarily physical violence but petty shit yes! More!
I don’t know what moves are out there. All I know is this Core-4 has never won more than one game in the second round of the playoffs. People act like this roster has made the finals year after year and they need one more shot to push through. Nobody, including the front office should be hellbent on keeping this roster together when it has ultimately proved nothing and is continually soft, timid and pushed around. I would for sure look to get rid of Allen, Hunter and Ball without question. To be honest, I don’t even really care about the return. Shed the salary. And I’m not against breaking up the DG/Garland backcourt either, depending on the return but the Cavs need some dawgs and they have a bunch of soft ass puppies. Also, Kenny looks completely lost. With them losing Ott, I cannot help but think Ott was the brains behind this coaching staff.
