I hate him. But I know I’d love him if he played for my favorite team.

He should get some All Star love imo

 

I briefly, and jokingly, mentioned this before. And I know it’ll never happen, but…

The Hornets could be the perfect solution for everyone involved with the Giannis mess.

Bucks should be looking to acquire as many picks as possible imo. I don’t think taking someone like Tyler Herro is better than taking back lesser players but getting way more in picks.

For Giannis, if you go to a team that IS giving up a bunch of players instead of picks, you’re taking the risk of going to a team that isn’t too different of a situation than the Bucks team/situation - Giannis and a bunch of mediocre players around him.

It’s a tough deal to pull-off and make everyone happy.

But what if Charlotte offered a ton of picks and swaps + the salaries to make it work?

Bucks get a clean slate + picks from a team that has been bad its entire existence.

Giannis goes to a team with a young trio of great, maybe even elite, shooters and playmakers. A perfect fit.

Hornets are finally awesome. The league has a new market explode.

Everyone wins.

But it will never happen because everyone is dumb.

hornets have some decent future picks but much like the warriors the majority of the picks would be their own, with those picks diminishing in value immediately as soon as giannis is on the team lol. Everyone is dumb but they aren’t stupid

 

Giannis going to Charlotte would make me very happy as I live in Charlotte but science fiction movies like dune make me happy too

I get why it isn’t taken seriously, like I said it won’t happen, but I do hate that this is the reality.

But, with all that said, it probably isn’t the smart thing for Charlotte to do anyways.

 

The picks aren’t the best picks available from likely landing spots and the players the hornets would likely part with aren’t as good as the players other teams are likely to give up. I’m pretty sure, yes.

Lamelo-Kon-Giannis-Bridges-create a player at center or sexton if giannis plays center is immediately a contender if not the favorite in the east. Bucks get a star to rebuild around and some picks to replace their own.
