Joel Embiid is playing a preseason game tonight? What could go wrong?

 

His favorite film being Matilda for real is one of the best bits going in the NBA

 

Starting to look like they’re gonna give a Embiid/Bona starting lineup a shot to start the season.

 

Unfortunately, Bona is not capable of guarding without fouling.

 

Very much enjoying the Maxey/VJ/Grimes backcourt.

 

I can’t believe this fuckin team is going to make me care again

 

I just bought League Pass and everything. What am I doing?

 

They’d be small 1-3 (and have one of the weaker benches in the league) but I think the Sixers should try starting Grimes

 

Eventually, I think that's what they should do. However, since they don't currently have another ballhandler, they should probably use him as the backup PG. He should definitely be closing games, though.

 

If Maxey/Grimes/VJ can combine for 75 points a game, as they did tonight, the Sixers will probably be pretty good.
