An absolute failure by Daryl Morey.

Good deal imo. He’s only 21 and has continued to improve every year, last year was stalled a little bit for him because of injury too.

Kuminga's new deal is for $48.5 million total, and the second year is a team option. So, neither the average annual salary nor the player option he was holding out for.

Based on the current market, that's a very good deal on Kuminga's end.

So is Steph’s jersey going to have W Curry or St Curry? LOL

Maybe they'll both just have Curry? The Wagners do that.

My takeaways after one Magic preseason game are that their 2023 draft class is not going to be as good as the ones that followed. Tristan Da Silva definitely benefited from his Eurobasket experience, and Jase Richardson is very impressive. The latter had 13 pts last night, and while he obviously made shots, what really stands out so far is his feel for the game. He makes the right passes, and rarely tries to force shots. Such a stark contrast compared to Cole Anthony who's never met a shot attempt he didn't like. Jase also looks better running point than Anthony Black. That's not a high bar, but still.
