I don’t remember who it was but it lives rent free on my head that the Sixers drafted someone a few years ago and his mom works for the team in some capacity and after they interviewed him with her in his Sixers hat they traded him to Suns lol (I think it was them)
If VJ goes to Sixers I say trade down with Nets and get a couple firsts. Take Derik Queen and Walter Clayton.
It was the Sixers. They drafted Mikal Bridges and traded him immediately for Zhaire Smith. (Obviously, that did not work out well for Philly.)
