  18. I’m a little confused with how LeBron is approaching this situation. Rich Paul made it pretty obvious that he’s open to a trade, maybe even prefers one over another year with the Lakers. And you’d think there would be a market for LeBron because he’s still a top player in the league despite being 40 years old.

But then LeBron volunteers the info that he might retire after this year. And he opted into a 52m salary. So now a team would have to figure out a way to match that in a trade. Which likely means offering up good players in effort to get a player who just said he might only play one more season.

Why would you say you’re open to a trade and then make it extremely hard for a trade to happen?

I'd take LeBron in Philly for a single year. Podcast P, get ready to shine again in LA.

  20. If he was serious, he would’ve opted out and went east.

This feels more like a “you need to make the roster better now” thing which they really have no way to make sweeping improvements right away. Maybe some dumb ass team like the Knicks pony up something for him.

  21. Pistons appear to be out on NAW because of Atlanta. So we’re replacing Dennis and Beasley with….Caris LeVert and maybe Duncan Robinson if he isn’t involved in a sign and trade.

Idk man lol. Team is banking on Ivey to really make a leap post injury

Yeah I really hate how we’re approaching an offseason when we improved greatly, the east is wide open, and there’s so many obvious moves to make. Just can’t make sense of it.
