You can't fault them for trying to improve the team around Giannis, even if lots of the moves didn't work out. Something like 90% of NBA players will never win a title, so them doing it once is a big deal.

This Vegas crowd loves Wemby. The only time they’ve made noise in the last three years is when he’s on court.
So this offseason he held an open call for the most diehard fans, wanted to create a new rowdy section similar to what the European soccer matches have in their stadiums. For some he even paid for their season tickets. Well he fuckin flew them out to Vegas, paid for their tickets and hotel and airfare. Over 50 people. But even then yeah, there’s a ton of people rooting for the spurs there
European basketball crowds are insane. Going to Eurobasket one day is on my bucket list. I don’t think US crowds will ever get like that, but I’m down for anything that makes the crowds and in-game atmosphere a little more exciting.
