It was actually in London for a Diamond League event; basically a world championship for track athletes throughout the year, where you earn points for how you finish, determining a champion at the end of the Diamond League season. But yeah, Noah is looking really good right now. That 100m final in Paris will be absolutely mega.

Gonna be watching group stage men's Rugby all day tomorrow. 12 games tomorrow and quarterfinals on Thursday. Semis and finals on Saturday

 

Damn America getting two Olympics within only 6 years of eachother? Almost seems unfair lol

Also 2030 is likely going to be in the French Alps, so France is also double dipping in a short timespan

 

I think this will happen more and more with Winter Olympics, there’s no way around it, except for like the kind of Winter-Olympics-In-Warm-Places insanity that people don’t want to see anymore

 

Yeah and you're going to see more bids that include the entire country instead of just one city. I know Switzerland just recently put in a winter Olympic bid for the whole country that was going to take place spread across multiple cities, instead of being concentrated in just one.

USA played a tough game against France earlier; they now have Fiji coming up soon

Well there is always the Team USA women's rugby team lol

 

Fiji won gold in Tokyo, so not too surprising

 

They won gold in Rio too. They've won the men's gold as long as it's been in the Olympic.

 

Yeah Rugby Sevens is dope. Short games, fast paced, a lot of scoring. Basically the opposite of everything I don't like about Soccer.
