San Francisco 49ers select Mason McCormack, OL, South Dakota State Trent Williams is getting old. The 49ers need a new lineman who eats glass and nails for breakfast.
Bonercats select: Ainias Smith, WR, Texas A&M Curtis Samuel is probably gone. Smith is good at football
Carolina Panthers select Jaylen Wright, RB, Tennessee Legit breakaway speed. Elusive. Runs through contact. Good hands as a receiver. Panthers offense lacked speed last season. Roman Wilson and Jaylen Wright changes things.
The Washington Commanders select: Cade Stover, TE, Ohio State Logan Thomas is old. Time to find his replacement.
@CarpetElf - I know next to nothing about this person btw. He was mocked around pick 99 by PFF and j wanted to go Safety because Hyde and Porter are getting up there and his scouting report felt very Bills to me.
San Francisco 49ers select Austin Booker, EDGE, Kansas A young player whose best football is still ahead of him. Uses his length really well and will slot right in opposite Bosa. I assume they have no intention of re-signing Chase Young but even if they do, they're entire second unit on the DL are free agents so.
Arizona Cardinals select Brandon Dorlus, IDL, Oregon Their DL without accounting for the fact that LJ Collier is leaving was horrendous. The fact that I have to say the name LJ Collier in 2024 is reason enough that this pick is long overdue. Decided to attack other positions in the draft though and it paid off with Dorlus still being here in the 4th. Not like SUPER value or anything, more like a calculated risk that thankfully paid off for these fictional birds. @EntryLevelTank charge up
Tennessee Titans select: McKinnley Jackson - Defensive Tackle - Texas A&M No word on if new Titans DC Dennard Wilson will run a 4-3 or a 3-4, so going with a DL that can play in both fronts.
New York Giants select: Khyree Jackson - Cornerback - Oregon Former #1 JUCO prospect that finally found a home at Oregon after playing sparingly at Alabama. H/W/S prospect that is physical enough to be a special teams standout early while he develops into a potential #2 CB.
