Lions select Zach Frazier, C West Virginia Ragnow is that dude, but injuries and an early retirement could be in his future. Jonah Jackson might be paid too much elsewhere, so the Lions need to bolster their interior line to continue protecting Goff and keep the run game moving. Frazier can start at guard to begin with before eventually moving over to take over for Ragnow
Ravens select Adisa Isaac, EDGE, Penn State. Clowney was a one year rental and so was Kyle Van Noy. At least one of them is gone. And they got both in the first place cause Oweh and Bowser wasn’t cutting it. Maybe this electric, bendy edge rusher with some decent agility in space can pick up where they left off. He’s got the length and the motor, and he’s on a sharp upward trajectory. This year QBs had a 47.9 rating targeting his area and he collected 9 sacks. Isaac and Robinson keep this defensive machine churning. If they re-sign Clowney and let Van Noy walk + re sign Madubuike and let Urban walk, this might be an improvement over last season.
Kansas City Chiefs select Payton Wilson, LB, NC State Chiefs have several upcoming free agents and the LB position is one that could be hit hard once those guys hit the open market. Payton Wilson is a good option here because of his versatility and relentless play. Dude just plays ball well. He is great for a LB in pass coverage and is a threat to make some interceptions. He’s also made impacts against the run and shows fantastic pursuit and speed when a play breakdowns and a QB is scrambling around. There are some injury concerns, he had a few in college, but the guy is a beast. Would love to see him coached up by Spags.
Arizona Cardinals select Javon Baker, WR, UCF Quickly rising up draft boards. Baker provides them with a deep threat and good size @Texas Flood bone
Washington Commanders select: Cooper Beebe, IOL, Kansas State Bonercats have a couple free agents at Center and Guard. Beebe is a big boy that will help keep Caleb alive.
Patriots select Kiran Amegadjie, OT, Yale BREAKING NEWS! The Patriots offense sucked last year. Sucked the year before too. There’s many many reasons. Quarterback has been address, WR has begun to be addressed, now onto the line.
The New York Giants select: Michael Pratt - Quarterback - Tulane Ideal fit in the Daboll/Kafka scheme. He's an underrated athlete that put up really impressive rushing numbers as a junior. I think he was protected a bit as a senior (they didn't run him nearly as much in short yardage situations).
