This year’s WR class is night and day compared to last year’s.

How far down the rankings do you get before you would rank JSN/QJ/Zay/Addison?

Might literally be 7–10 for me.

 

QJ was WR12 for me last year. I don't have grades done yet so idk. I was very high on JSN though.

...than JSN for certain, and then I feel like I can make an argument for McConkey or Worthy as well.

 

JSN at 5 for me behind the top 3 and BTJ and ahead of AD

the others are kind of “what kind of receiver are you looking for” type guys

and of those, QJ seems like a worse prospect version of Keon Coleman, Flowers doesn’t have a clear analog (he’s better than this year’s short kings) but I’d guess his height becomes more of a disqualifier for some teams when you have solid alternatives, and Addison is just the kind of prospect I never want for the first round price so I don’t have a strong opinion there other than that my verdict was and is still “pass”

 

I hope whoever drafts Worthy drafts Milton in the 7th for the "he down there somewhere" preseason highlights.

I would be shocked if JSN ends up any higher than 4.

 

Yeah I’m officially at the point where I will be furious if they don’t come away with a WR in the 1st. What a class

 

For argument's sake, as a prospect, JSN's elite change of direction and route-running skills made him uncoverable on underneath and intermediary routes... but I think McConkey has like 90% of JSN's route-running ability, only paired with a much better jump off the snap and the ability to separate to where he's more of a receiving threat at all levels of the field.

My preference as a GM might come down to what the rest of my WR room looks like.

 

I feel very confident in the Patriots ability to get a QB and a WR in the first 2 rounds. My question is…can they get a quality tackle in round 3?

 

According to the mocks, which as you know are 100% accurate, you could get an entire starting line after round two.
