Above 20% pressure to sack ratio is still a 0% hit rate* so there definitely is some concern there

*unless you're that confident in justin fields.

It's a piece of the puzzle, albeit a pretty significant one. I wouldn't write off those guys based solely off this but it's a red flag and eventually, for some of them, those red flags pile up into a very worrisome pile.

Yards per route run. You generally don't want to see anything below 2 for either their final season or their career. The list of guys who were below 2 for both is very uninspiring. AD can be explained away some considering his situation at Georgia and then breaking out when finally given a shot at Texas. I wouldn't write anyone off for a bad Y/RR or say someone will be great because of a great Y/RR. All part of the puzzle. That said letting AD Mitchell leave, and not using him while he was here, was a baffling decision on Georgia's part.

aside from the borderline elite separation/stacking, what I like about AD is his willingness as a blocker

he was used as a pin blocker at Georgia and he took on edge rushers...and won

Most underrated trait for WRs. And very often you see people baffled at the longevity/re-signing of certain guys and the answer is they are elite run blockers.

    The rivalry is back on

that’s a lot of why I’m iffy on Colts going WR early; Pierce is definitely a player you can upgrade on, but it takes more than one would think to replace his run blocking and opening up of the field on deep balls

Pittman and Downs are both good too.

my biggest concern with the Colts WR room is “what happens when one of those guys goes down”, not as much that premium resources need to be spent to add there (although it’s open enough that BPA receiver is totally doable in the first couple rounds and it still being defensible and a solid net gain)
